After going to another mechanic he referred me to Automotive Engineering. I took a truck to them and asked them to diagnose it which they did. They called me back the same day and explained the problem and said they could fix it the next day. They gave me a reasonable price and I told them to proceed. Nick called me back the next day before noon and it was repaired. It runs great and I will definitely be back and will refer Automotive Engineering to anyone who asked. I had a unique problem in obtaining an ECM module for my vehicle. Nick communicated the reasons for this while him and his staff kept me informed of the progress every time I called-which was daily. The final cost was reasonable and I left satisfied with the service. If you have automotive issues, go there!
How many times have you heard someone tell you how he or she got ripped off by someone or seen on the news or ABC investigation about a crooked business owner taking advantage of unsuspecting consumers? The automatic seat of the driver's side of my Honda CRV would not move back. I looked online and seemed like it was not a rare issue with these automatic seats breaking down. But before I took my car to the shop, i tried to look under the seat just to rule out the obvious, like something wedged against it. I spoke with Nick several hours after I had dropped the car off at the shop and he informed me that there was a small hard plastic stuck somewhere along the slider which got my seat stuck, even tho I, myself, didnt see anything. It's that solid character of this place that had me in awe. Nick could have easily made something up and replaced (or not replace) the seat components I didn't need and charge me to make himself some easy money. I would have never known.
