Well next week Tuesday I am going to bring you another car, but the vehicle is 2010 Toyota Pruis hybrid. The lead mechanic didn’t want to deal with any issues more extensive than an oil change. He also spoke down to me and ended up telling me “Just have your husband call me if he has any questions.” Misogynistic and rude. It seemed to be a common issue with employees there since another woman who worked there straight ignored me when I tried to talk to her.

The alternator failed on our Honda Odyssey, when arranging for a tow with AAA, they suggested Able's and that there was a AAA discount. So I agreed and I'm so glad I did. They are very professional and easy to talk to. They gave me good sound options with zero sales pressure. They were able to make the necessary repairs within the same day.
