24 St Lube & Tune

I had my car AC serviced on 7/23/2018. They put dye in to make sure that there was no leaks and put almost 3 pounds of coolant in. The AC stopped working on 8/15/2018 and I took it back in. They said that they were so busy that I had to leave the car overnight or come back later To check where the leak was. I have a newborn, so I brought it to big O tires. They were going to do a diagnostic for $30. Instead they found that there was no dye, and they did the AC repair. When they came out they told me that the service ports had not been put back together correctly and that no die had been inserted into the AC system. I ended up paying another $130 to get the AC repair. 24th St. charged me (for the dye, diagnostic, and repair) $167.66. All together, for what turned out to be only 3 pounds of coolant needed, I paid $299.66. Scam and ripoff!

What can i say... Excellent service, very good attention from owner+son and the guys at the shop, high quality parts and really very fast and clean job. Came to make an oil change/filter + spark plugs and put on hp ignition coils and they also check other basic points. Einglish n spanish attention Nice prices.

Took it in for a "professional" tune up and brake change. They left my front right tire making a loud knocking noise and felt it inside the car when i drove because they didn't screw in the lugnuts right. They fixed it after taking longer to fix that one tire than the initial job so I wonder how bad it was. I'm happy they fixed it but the fact that they made that simple mistake is disappointing. I I wouldn't recommend it if you don't know about cars or have other choices.
