First time customer at Arcadia Ultimate Automotive. The owner is friendly and he is able to address and correct the issues my car was having. They use genuine parts. I am surprised the final bill was about the same I got quote from a Honda dealer. BUT, you can't get customer service like this from a Honda dealer. I will be a return customer.
Jeff is friendly, helpful, and competent! He knows Toyota’s and Honda’s. He uses high quality parts and offers a fair price and knowledgeable advice. So glad I found a good mechanic!
My little CRV has about everything repaired or replaced now a good paint job will be next.
