Arcadia Service Center

I don't normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to sing praise for this place from the rooftops. I was swayed to come here by all of the other 5-star reviews for this place and I was still so blown away by the excellent service and kindness. I needed a simple repair: my engine splash shield had come loose and was dragging on the ground, and I didn't have the tools to fix it myself so I took it here. I was greeted politely and cheerfully, and was given an initial estimate of no more than 2 hours tops. They got it done in 40 minutes, and told me the repair was ON THE HOUSE. I didn't have to pay a dime. He made my day and I hope this review will give him and his team at least a little of the spark of joy they gave me. I'll be taking my car here forever and will recommend all of my friends and family in the area do the same. Service: General repairs & maintenance

My daughters car needed some TLC (4 wheel alignment, new tires, oil change, brake inspection), she had moved to Arcadia to finish up grad school so I was not able to do the work. I reached out to Robert at ASC and could not be happier with the customer service and communication we received. Its nice to know if something comes up with her car she's comfortable reaching out to Robert for repairs and I'm comfortable knowing she will be treated fairly. Broke down while on vacation and got towed to Arcadia Auto Service. Can I just say wow! Robert was at the desk when we came in and he was beyond professional and exceptionally pleasant to work with. What could have been an awful experience on a road trip breakdown turned out to be a blip on the radar! The auto shop was able to identify and fix the problem in about an hour and we were back on the road again! Wish we had these guys in our hometown in Phoenix. We are very grateful and appreciate of their quick work and the quality of service we received!!
