Took car here for insurance claim. Good work, just took way.......too long to get my vehicle back. Enterprise Rental representative was there at the body shop waiting for me, which was convenient. Communication with their customer regarding updates of vehicle status could definitely use some improving.

Fast reliable, perfect paint matching to my cars color. And the staff is super friendly. The waiting area is super clean and nice with coffee and water. Not your average body shop its upscale. Update* took my car in a year after original post everything was fixed in a timely matter, except this time it seemed they made cut backs on the paint because they re painted my car about 4/5 times because they could not get the color correct. My car is a navy blue and by the last time i picked it up it was purple where it was painted by Genos. I did get a letter in the mail offering to get my paint job fixed at a shop of my choice, I did not accept but sadly will not be taking my cars into this shop again if I ever need a car fixed or painted.

Worst experience ever. Sat there for 6 hours trying to get my tools and they said that they have to be paid before we can get the tools! Asked me to pay the bill when I was in the accident and the insurance is paying them. Very unprofessional. Had to go back the next day again to get my tools. Don't go here. They are scammers
