Wow. Where to begin. Unkept. Messy. Untrained in people skills. Two days for a brake job. Rear only. Brought in at 10:30 am. Highly NOT recommended. Then sent a bill. "OIL CHANGE ". Never approved. Stay away... ????????????
I arrived on time,the crew said will help me momentarily, but I didn't know that I have to wait almost an hour to get help at, then he said he's ready to help me, then I asked how much time to wait for the service to be done? Then he said 2 hours, 2 HOURS PLUS THE AN HOUR FOR THE WAIT?REALLY?IS THIS THE NEW SERVICE FOR THE APPOINTMENT WEEKS TO MAKE? I'm starting to think about changing my service provider.
10 years ago fire stone used to be a very nice place where you feel comfortable and very happy about service. Now it’s just dirty inside. Customer service no good at all no help with nothing whatsoever. I will never recommend this fire stone to no one.
