Got my car serviced there for an oil change February 28th, 2023 and it looks like they didn't complete the oil change as initially intended. While my vehicle is supposed to have 5 quarts I have come to find it has been running on 2 quarts since I had been serviced there. Also come to find that certain screws that were meant to keep my air filter in place weren't there either. Now after getting my car back from a separate repair shop after a completely unrelated incident that happened April 25, 2023 my engine is starting to fail due to the lack of oil. After talking to the shop to figure out how to proceed forward with getting help to remedy the situation and figure out how to proceed forward their only response was to have them sell me a new engine rather than actually take any responsibility.
