This dealership has their act together. Alex Mendoza the service advisor was polite, professional and very focused on what I was there for. He informed me completely on how they were going to approach my services and answered all my questions. My vehicle was diagnosed the same day and it was ready to be picked up the next day. As to cost, the expense was less than indicated initially and they washed my car before it was returned to me. While many dealerships can be a nightmare, Antioch Nissan is a real breathe of fresh air and Alex Mendoza is a real asset to their operations. Service: Transmission

Very nice services. take advantage of service specials they sometimes have, otherwise its costly to service Nissan auto. Everyone here is very professional and had clear communication.
