Andy told my wife she needed a new regulator on her right front window , he said the price would be $600, but he needed $300 deposit to order part and labor. She went home and looked up the part to decide what to do. The part was $30. Very disappointed in how people take advantage of customers. That’s a good way to lose them.
My 2017 Jeep Cherokee was overheating and before finding Andy's, I called 2 other places that has no time this week to work on it. This mechanic took my vehicle in immediately when I pulled up, diagnosed the problem, (radiator leak, and change thermostat), and replaced parts getting my vehicle back to me that early afternoon. I drove it straight to Berkeley and back and had 0 issues. The repair wasn't cheap but that should always be expected with the work involved and price per hour. Great work, I highly recommend and WILL be back in a few weeks for a tune up. Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair
