Fix Auto Express - Anaheim North

The staff took very good care of my car when i took it in. They had it back to perfect condition within a week and they were very helpful with checking in with me to give me updates and information. They even cleaned the inside and outside which I thought was very nice of them and made the experience better. They did a very good job with bumper repair that an insurance company paid for, BUT I wanted an estimate on other items for the car that needed to be painted (since they were using the paint anyways). I spoke with them twice and texted them about it while they were repairing my vehicle but they never got back to me once.... Disappointing. It took six weeks to repair the car from start to finish, which seemed extensive...

Horrible experience! Don’t go here! They kept calling me and calling me about putting a good review on yelp Afterwards.wanted to give me a 25$ gift card! What a joke!Painted one fender and it has giant holes on the clear coat!fix couldnt get one fender correct.shame on you fix auto. Go somewhere else! You been warned!
