This review is for Service Dept. Nelson S was helping me for first time & it was a great service . Professional, honest & helpful from the beginning. Appreciated the help. All the staffs seems helpful too.

This rate is based off of the managers. David and John as well as Gordon. I took my car over because it wasn’t marking the gas mileage properly. I took it once was told I would get a rental. I go to the rental and I’m told I have to pay a deposit. Wasn’t told of that before. Would help to know if you don’t happen to have money at the time. I got the second time get the rental and they keep my car for 2 days. They can’t duplicate the concern. Considering that at one point Gordon wasn’t even aware of my concern when it’s on the paper work even when I made my concerns aware to the manager (David) in front of Gordon. Every time I would ask him if they were checking a specific thing all I would get from Gordon was a head nod. At this point I just want my vehicle back. I go then they want to charge me for the rental. Are you kidding me. And of course Gordon is not there anymore. Managers are not coming out out to speak to me. The cashier was great and she was the one that was getting everyth
