To say that the Hi-Quality Auto team goes above and beyond is a gross understatement. I’m not easy to please and not easily impressed. The team did not disappoint. The owner and his team are a class operation. Their attention to customer service is unmatched! The owner and team really look out for the customer’s interest and do not buckle under the pressures placed upon them by insurance carriers. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality work they performed on my Porsche Cayenne. Given what I witnessed at the shop, the team provides the same high quality attention to all makes/models. They are experienced technicians and, in my opinion, talented artists who take great pride in the quality of their work, as they should. Their experience leads them to amazing quality services and attention to detail.

Elliot and his staff goes above and beyond my expectations each and every time. This time around Arnold took care of my car and he did a phenomenal job. He kept me up-to-date with the progress of my vehicle and made sure everything was working correctly during the final inspection - They even changed out the front and the rear lights that were out! I don’t want to curse but these guys are f’n fantastic! I brought my car to them twice and their customer service has been exceptional! Most recently dealt with Patrick but they’re all great - very highly recommended!
