Walmart Auto Care Centers

Took about 2 hours for a road hazard repair. My fastest road hazard experience to date. You can't make an appointment for road hazard. You have to show up and wait for the staff to work through all their appointments for new tires and/or lube. Then they'll take care of you. Be prepared to lose half a day if you need to cash in on the road hazard protection. Fortunately, they didn't hassle me about the prorate. They gave me a fair refund.

Bad service. Staff slow and service was poor.

Showed up around 1:10pm. Was helped by a nice lady who was very informative, helpful and told me it would be an hour wait. I showed back up at 2pm to check on my car and she said they just needed to finish the oil change. I waited in the waiting area and around 2:50pm she told me I would need new lugs for my tires. I told her I don't mind paying. Around 3:20pm I asked the new worker on shift how long until my car was ready and he shared that my car was ready they just needed to drive it to make sure everything was okay. @ 3:50pm they called me up to pay and let me know I was ready to go. Great service just very time consuming. Services: Tires, Oil change
