Very horrible customer service, do NOT go here! They will make you fix multiple things that aren’t even the problem, which is very expensive. The mechanics are horrible and will not check things properly. The manger here is also bad. Don’t go here.
I was quoted $346 for 2 tires. When I came in they sold them to someone else, and charged me $580 for 2 of a different brand. I was taken advantage of due to my my needs and the urgency. I was told it would be done in a timely manner. It wasn't. I will NEVER visit pep boys again! If my tires blow, AAA is my first course of action. Zero stars would have been better.
Awesome crew here! Had a punctured tire on a Sunday morning and they had it repaired in less than an hour! And didn’t charge me a ton of money!!!! Highly recommend!! Fernando was super helpful and professional!!!
