NAPA Auto Parts - Northend Auto Parts Inc (LA-177)

I bought a fuse tester and I had to come back because I couldn't make it work. The guy refused to show me how to operate it in my vehicle stating he couldn't touch my vehicle for liability reasons!!! I asked to talk with the supervisor, he went, talked with a guy and came back saying the supervisor had stepped out of the store, I am sure the guy he talked with was the supervisor because I saw him giving them directions. He just didn't want to listen to me. I ended up returning the tester. At other locations of NAPA the service people provide basic debug. These ones could not care less about a small purchase like mine. Horrible service at this location. I'm going to order a tester from Amazon, small companies should be aware that we can get better quality from Amazon or at least choose to give them our business.

Honestly I really like this store, best place IMO to find auto parts. But the guy that's tall bald and wears glasses has a real attitude and needs some retraining on customer service values AND to not roll his eyes when you're asking a question. I get it but, if you're not having a good day don't take it out on me or someone else. We go through it but I hope whatever it is that's bugging him or has him feeling some type of way goes over and he comes back better.
