RAVE RAVE RAVE ×100000 John's auto service! I was having some weird belt noises in the engine bay of my truck. The dealership service department wasnt returning my calls all week despite messages every day and calling multiple times a day. I have an extended warranty and I'm guessing they didnt want to help me out. I called John's this morning and they told me to bring it in. I brought it in at 930 and by like 1030 they called me with the issue. (Water pump and drive belt). Quoted me a very reasonable price and told them to fix it. They dealt with the warranty company solely and by like 2 o'clock my truck was done. Amazing, fast service and a very fair price! (Warranty company paid everything but my deductible but still the overall price was reasonable and less then I thought it would be). I highly reccomend!!!!

My experience with this family-owned business was exceptional. John, the owner was very professional and Greg, the gentleman who diagnosed and repaired the electrical problem on my RV was very skilled and knowledgeable. I feel I got very good value for my money. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

Have used this mechanic countless times. Recently though after having changed a fuel tank on a 2011 Chevy Camaro for the 2nd time the tank started leaking again. When I brought it up with the shop they said ownership had changed and they did not honor any previous warranty. Even more upsetting they would not even look to see what was wrong.If this how new ownership plans treat repeat customersbwill be looking elsewhere for reliable honest car maintenance.
