I am a certified tech. My partner had her vehicle here two years ago to have the coolant expansion tank replaced. I had to replace it again this year because it was leaking again. The retaining tab on the new unit was broken off and retainer was missing. Wrong hose clamp was used on return line so that was leaking as well. Wrong coolant was used so I had to flush the entire system and replace with Dexcool. Do not bring your vehicle here. Unprofessional/shade tree shop. Service: General repairs & maintenance

I called for car AC problem on 15 nissian altima after trying to recharge on my own , it started to blow only hot air. Joe shop was able get me in same day i called in and fix the issue with such an affordable price. I took my Ford flex to Joe's to have my struts & shocks replaced. He wasn't convinced entirely that I needed to do this. Because it wasn't urgent ha asked me to wait and let him research my symptoms a bit. This could have been an easy $1200 job for him. I can't over emphasize my feeling that Joe is not only honest but also a true mechanic. So many places would have just replaced the parts, taken the money and maybe not have fixed my problem. I'll now wait for Joe's remedy and will return. Thanks Joe After Joe researched my car, he recommended I wait. The suspension on my car is normally a little stiff. It isn't wearing my tires at all.
