When I thought that my nightmare had ended when I picked up my Dodge Journey, I confirmed again that one of the many problems that my car had was not fixed, and when I asked they told me that they had not been told to check the trunk. Jesse checked it and sent me some pictures (because I asked for them) where it was said that The wires had been cut since the accident originally occurred, he recommended a place to take it of curse I don’t take my car where he recommends they tell me that it is not electrical that the problem is a Mechanic part. I have been contacting the office by email for more than a month and I CC the email that appears on the website, my trunk will not open and where I am going I bring with me the final invoice because I am afraid that I may get in trouble when I go to Mexico. the receptionists are very kind and friendly, as well as Mr. Estrada, I will look for another place to get the problem resolved. Gerber Collision did a great job on repairing my bumper, matched the paint and put on correctly. They also fixed my trunk. They also set me up with rental it was an easy transition. Eric and the ladies in the office stayed in contact with with me and answered all my questions.Thank you all for being so professional and giving a great service to me.

My insurance company recommended that I use Gerber over the other repair shop. I used in town. This is the second time my 2010 Mazda six was indiscriminately hit while parked and this time it was rear ended. 2010 was the best year for the Mazda six and my car is in immaculate condition. The rear bumper had to be replaced as did some work on the trunk that wouldn’t close properly . The accident happened on 6/1/2022 and pictures were taken and sent to my insurance company but I wasn’t able to get an appointment with Gerber for another two weeks. In that time there are no other problems with my vehicle except the damage to the trunk and bumper. I drop the car off on 6/15/2022 and within two weeks the repairs were done. Here lies the problem. when I picked up my vehicle and open the driver side door, the panel that covers the controls for my electric seats, fell off and the wires were just hanging down. I pointed this out and was informed it probably happened at the time of the accident.
