We needed work done on the heat/air conditioning fan motor. Excellent work, very professional, fast work! Husband told me they seemed very honest.

I brought my car in because my AC wasn't working. They told me they added some frion and switched out another part. Over $400. I picked up the car and drove home. AC STILL didn't work. I called them and they said oh well you need to replace your hose, it's leaking. That will be another $400-$500?! No freaking way. They said they did a check to see if frion was leaking the first time I brought it in, And yet all the frion leaked out before I even got it home. They never offered to refund me. Only to take to frion off IF I had them fix the leak. Wow.. I brought it to a different mechanic who charged me way less to fix the hose. I would never go there again or send anyone I know there..

Based on public recommendation, I elected to have my failing A/C investigated and repaired by Express Auto. Service plan was discussed as were the early anticipated charges. Once problem was identified, I received a call stating the cost of repair and expected time to repair. Problem resolved ultimately by replacement of A/C condenser. Service: Air conditioning
