Consistently exceeds my expectations. My family has been doing business with Cliff's for 20 years and he's always honest about what needs to be done, gets the work done in a reasonable timeframe and most times does whatever needs to be done for less than his estimates. Can't say why I even bother going anywhere else other than since we moved from the valley it's a little from from my house, but every other shop I've ever dealt with in the past does the "typical" car repair song amd dance of quote low to get your business then call to tell you, "Oh man it's worse than we thought gonna be more $$$" cliff's is the opposite.

Cliff is dishonest. Typical nightmare mechanic that will make promises and not perform, give you false expectations in timeline and just does not fix things properly and gives you the runaround when he is asked to check his mess. Avoid yourself the headache and do not take your car here.

Been referred to Cliff by another car guy who lives full time in Yuma. Strongly recommend. Old guy, like us, who really knows his stuff. Very reasonable prices. Treats customers with respect... old school. Fixed my starting issue and AC for under $100. Good guy
