The service writer was rude and condescending, but did apologize when I confronted him face to face, so that’s cool. The service manager handled my complaint and fixed my issue pretty quickly. I ended up replacing my own belt for $70 in parts and 10 minutes of my time instead of the $250 parts and labor they quoted me because my extended warranty didn’t cover the squeaking that has been repaired at this facility twice before I did it myself for the third time in 80,000 miles (but it’s just a serviceable belt issue and not the pulley that’s already been replaced in the first 17,00 miles). While it was in they did do a recall that I was told they wouldn’t because of my snugtop being in the way. Wasn’t in the way after my complaint to the manager though. Overall my multiple experiences with service department isn’t good until after I complain, but I have no issues with the parts department. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Service great until I asked cashier why they did not take off the $5 for a return oil change. She said I had to let them know when I brought my car in. I said no, the service advisor or the technician should have caught it as they put on a new sticker with the same offer. A manager gave me $5 out of his pocket. Not right, but not my fault. Otherwise good fast service. Service: Oil change
