My daughter is a student at U of A, and I'm 1200 miles away. They kept me advised of repairs and did a great job for a reasonable price. Can I give 10 Stars? In all seriousness, I was completely satisfied with the service I received from Sooter’s Auto. Through no fault of their’s, the power steering pump they installed in my truck failed, twice. Despite the fact that they were completely booked up, the owner Kim, made time to replace the parts both times, at no extra cost to me, so that I was able to leave on time for my 3,500 mile drive to Canada. Many thanks to them. Their kind of professionalism and integrity is, in my experience, very rare these days.
