I most definitely never leave bad reviews as I understand there are situations that are out of a businesses control but I took my vehicle in because it was wandering. They suggested new ball joints so I spent their inflated price because my vehicle was already there. Cost over $1200 and turns out that most shops charge half of that (Didn't do my research as I assumed they would be reasonable and at the very least average cost.) and that still did not fix the wandering problem, but they insisted it was driving fine. Got ahold of them and was told my vehicle was ready and I said I'd be down to pick it up (on a Friday) and they're online hours at 5:30 so I showed app at 515 (I was working and had to get a ride all within a couple hours) and everything was locked up... I called several times and of course, no answer. I had plans to go out of town the next morning and that was completely ruined...
