Our car was having problems starting and we were in the middle of moving out of our house. JT Auto scheduled us in right away, diagnosed the problem and replaced the battery. Fast and professional. Beautiful shop, which looks small from the front but don't be fooled, they have a second building in the back with more service bays. Excellent service. Highly recommended. Service: Battery

I have 2 daily drivers and 2 classic cars. I try to do the majority of the work on the cars myself, but sometimes the labor, effort or experience required is outside of my abilities. JT Auto and Wendell's quotes and prices for work and parts have always been spot on what I was expecting to pay before I went for the estimate. They also stand behind their estimate. I've met many of their techs. All good people. Sometimes they find more things that require attention and they've never been wrong. They have found other issues with my cars I didn't know about until I saw it for myself and they saved me more grief in the future. It's hard to find good shops and the only negative thing I can say is that their honest business model will eventually make them too busy for me to be able to get my own cars in.
