Bait and switch with what was quoted and what was charged. Pushed for cash instead of an actual invoice and receipt. Seriously lacking in expertise. Took 4 hours to do what everybody else quoted as one hour. Felt very uncomfortable dealing with the owner Hector. Will never go back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have have been going to San tan auto for several years. Hector is like a friend of the family. I trust him completely. Hector will make honest repairs and assessments of your car and he will treat you with respect and dignity the whole time. It is HARD to find but DEFINITELY worth looking for.

I called this shop because google pulled it up when I checked for emissions testing around the area. I called to ask. The person who answered me was extremely rude and said “shops don’t do emissions testing” when I told them google had pulled them up the person just hung up on me. Then I called back to see what had happened and they send me right to voicemail. I am not one to complain and write review but people need to know when they are faced with an unprofessional business.
