Brake Masters #215

Brought one of my cars here for a tire rotation and oil change. They quoted me for a few other items some of which are easy DIY so I decided to go that route. One of the repairs required tire removal. I went to remove my tire and a lug nut broke clean off. Looking at the thread left in the lugnut it was clear they didn't pay attention putting the nut back on and cross threaded it. Giving 2 stars because they are willing to fix it but instead of making this issue a priority for a customer that has already paid and had an issue with their service they have told me it would take 2-3 hours to replace one wheel stud... Again my rating is due to the handling and amount of time that has to be taken to fix the issue. I'm glad they are willing to fix it for free... Not sure if I would come back here going forward.. Incredible service and customer service. Interacted with several employees and all were great, honest, and extremely communicative. Had to replace main part of air conditioner. They dash completely off while in there they notice heater core was getting gunked up so called us we replaced it as well so has not to have added expense of having to take dash off again Service: Air conditioning
