They are amazing! Took my 2007 Hyundai there, engine light was on. Told them what other people said it was, an O2 sensor. Nope! They knew what it was & fixed it immediately & said if i had any problems, to bring it back. Light came back on, they told me come back right away. Fixed a minor problem. They guaranteed their work. And car is running smoother than ever! They make sure their customers are satisfied, & happy! Prices are very inexpensive. Professional friendly staff. Definitely recommend!

Went to Ramirez Auto for a power steering job. I was told I needed a power steering pump and switch. Both were installed but the steering was still stiff and hard to turn. I informed the manager of the problem. They took my car to the back for further inspection. I was told that if I drove it around the steering would correct itself. I asked to speak to the owner. I was told he wasn’t answering his phone and they didn’t know when he’d show. It was all a scam. I told them it’s not my job to drive around a broken car after paying to have it fixed. A power steering job is an instant fix. And let’s say in an alternate universe what they say is true, it is THEIR job to drive it around until it is repaired. I’m supposed to receive a 100% fixed product. They had my car for 3 weeks mind you. I demanded a refund. I was told only the owner could authorize it. The owner who didn’t answer his manager's calls from his business, who didn’t show up to said business. Ramirez Auto is a con artist haven
