Excellent support. Very trust worthy. Have been going there for about 13 or 14 yrs. Have forwarded a dozen friends and coworkers there. Always good support to them too.
Off the charts, Val the owner is great his staff knows what they're doing. Over heating and booked still found time to diagnose and fix my van. Highly recommend Jack's when you need your car fixed.
My pops was a mechanic so I always had sage advice when it came to my cars. Now that I'm across the country, I've learned the hard way what a luxury that was. Jacks was the first place that brought back memories of getting under the hood with my dad. They give it to you straight, explain all your options and let you know what they would do (even if it's not the most costly). Best shop in Phoenix, hands down.
