This place is horrible! We went in for a car insurance claim and the service was ok but as soon as they found out they weren’t going to do the repair they gave a bs estimate. All they gave us was an estimate for our bumper when I had already talked to them and showed them the door and the dents and the bumper. This place is as shady as it gets. I’m sorry we didn’t want the work done threw you guys but that’s no reason to do what you did. You should have just kindly said we don’t do estimates for cash settlements. I really hope you guys fix you customer service and your attitudes when things don’t go your way. Update: they tried to quote us 700$ and the insurance almost used them and I had them send someone else to do an estimate and it came out to 1500$ a big difference to what they quoted me here. Goes to show that don’t care.

This place is amazing! Kimber and Jose took the time to explain and set realistic expectations for my car. Despite supply chain issues, they delivered my car in pristine condition.
