Don’t use their online scheduling system. You’ll get confirmation emails and texts up until the day of your appointment, and then when you show up they’ll tell you they can’t take your car until over 2 weeks out. Not happy seeing as I had to take time off work to bring my car in only to have it be for nothing. Maybe you should remove the option to schedule online if it’s not accurate instead of having customers show up only to be sent home. Pretty ridiculous.
