Allen has been our auto shop for years. We’ve had so many negative experiences with other auto shops in the area but this is a place that we trust completely with our vehicle. Eric at Allen's automotive is very fair honest and stands behind his workmanship 300 percent. I went in there just yesterday because my truck is running bad. I had put already 2000 into it myself by replacing almost all the things under the hood even went as far as doing a timing chain and new distributor only to find it still running bad. I took it in to Eric for an exam. After 2 hours and after his computer said it was running fine (which him and I clearly saw was not running correctly) he dialed it down to 2 things....we either had bad gas or a bad computer and prom. He couldn't figure out what the issue was and came out to me and said I didn't owe him a thing. He was even willing to have it towed to another shop for me which I rejected. I ordered the computer which will be here Friday as I emptied all the old gas out and that was not the problem.
