I told them what kind of car I had. They gave me the wrong piece and didn't even apologize when I came back to make it right. Waste of my time. Even with computers Giving them the answers, they can't even do their job right. There's no good customer service. I'll just stick with O'reilly's!

I went to this new location with a friend who needed a new battery. I'm from California and in California AutoZone is not allowed to work on cars because it takes away from the mechanics business. I was happy to see that the Manager D came out and put the battery in my friend's car for her. He really went above and beyond because it was quite difficult and it was warm and he was sweating so much but he did such a great job Thanks ????????

I had such an amazing experience here. I went in for a dead battery. They quickly checked my battery and deemed it a bad battery. I was able to purchase a new battery and have it installed with little fanfare. Carmen installed the battery for me and made sure everything worked fine before I left. I would highly recommend coming to this auto zone of you ever need their expertise.
