Hi Angela, I appreciate your good customer service, but I do question the outcome of my car repairs and cost. You thought you repaired my AC, and then it started to fall almost immediately after your repairs, You say the line just happened fail right after you did the work (that's very unlikely,)more likely you missed diagnosing the leak. And it cost me a lot of money. The reason I always have the Dealership do my repairs because of trust, this should be on you. PS: you asked for a review

Traveling the great southwest and got the dreaded "Check Engine Light. " Looked at the reviews and found out that Rodeo Ford was at the top of the heap. Pulled up and was lucky enough to get paired up with Aaron (K). Long story short, an absolutely great experience! Aaron was super helpful in helping me understand my options and promised to keep me in the loop. I was traveling, after all. A few days later and I was all good to go! Carl did a fantastic job at the service counter. He got me checked in quickly called me to review any additional services that needed to be performed, went over the pricing for additional services. My overall experience with Carl at the service counter and as a service advisor was a 10+. Quality of service was good. Check in was quick picking up the vehicle was very quick and everything that was done exceeded my expectations. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
