The employees and service at this location are top notch! I have been here several times and each time Memphis has gone above and beyond with his customer service! I highly recommend!
The service used to be much better. The manager cancels online appointments that are made, not sure why. The diagnostic was not good at all; they could not fix the check engine light to my car. I will need to take it to the dealership. I think Pepboys is good for general repairs.
I’m partially disabled and need all the help I can get. Took my 2012 Toyota Camry in for oil change & tire rotation, safety inspection and fluids check, all for less than $100 plus I was given a heads up to replace the serpentine belt. Ignacio, the attendant/manager was prompt and very knowledgeable with answers to all my questions. Thanks PepBoys Goodyear for your help!!
