I was told two hours initially to swap TPMS sensors and balance tires. It turned into five hours. Then the sensors weren't actually swapped over. I came back to have them fix it and was told I'd need to wait an additional amount of hours, for them to fix a job they should have done correctly initially. Would not recommend bringing your vehicle here.
Joshua at the front desk was very friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and had great customer service. I am very pleased with my outcome and experience here at Firestone Goodyear. I will be back for more services because of how great Joshua treated me. Service: Oil change
Scheduled appointment for today at 5:00pm today. Got an email confirmation, i get there and they say Im not in system, but yet he tells me what car I have. and say they have to reschedule me for another day. Whats the point of making an appointment?? Wasted my time driving here Very bad customer service. Should of known with that 3.8 star.
