This shop has been a local go-to for all three of my vehicles since it first opened up. They back up their recommendations/findings with a report and visual proof of what is needed or causing an issue and repair it completely and within their time estimate. They have a great attitude and call/text to update or calibrate expectations - which is also super appreciated! I took my car over for an oil change and asked for an inspection since I'd recently gone over 100,000 miles. I've been expecting a brake change soon, so I wasn't surprised when I was told the front needed a change and the back would soon. As I was talking to Randall about it, I mentioned I had been doordashing and he realized I would need to change the back sooner than he thought. He suggested I stop in once a week and he'd monitor the wear. Each time I called to get them checked, he had me come right over and took a look. I was able to squeeze another 3 weeks out of them, then was able to get in quickly to have those brakes done. I just really appreciated Randall keeping an eye on them for me. I just thought it was a nice extra touch and really makes me feel like I have a "car" friend that I can trust to keep me driving safely. Services: Brakes, Oil change

Wife's car had a leaking water pump. Randall at Greulich's got us in right away and had the water pump replaced. We had her car there for a tune up about a year ago, so I knew they did good work at fair prices. Highly recommend the Chandler Greulich's on Arizona & Chandler Heights.
