Never recieved a quite! After they looked at it! No courtesy call NOTHING!

Was going to get my vehicle repaired there, but after a week of no supplemental sent to my insurance I lost all faith in this location. Luckily my car is drivable and I did not leave it with them. Either they need more help in the office or need to turn people away when they have too many jobs. This has pushed my repair back an additional two weeks because of having to find a new repair shop.

A deer struck my car mid ship just at the front fender and drivers door. The front fender and drivers door had to be replaced and the rear door drivers side needed to be repaired. All three needed to be painted. The replacement door was a “used” unit and as promised it was like new. I couldn’t tell it was used after the repair was completed. I dropped the car off on a Wednesday and 3 weeks later it was ready. The initial estimate was 4 days according to the insurance adjuster (not SK). They indicated a 10-14 day turnaround was more likely when I dropped it off. I was satisfied with the completed work and I wasn’t in a hurry to get the car back. Yes, I am satisfied completely.
