Man, I had a solid time over at Discount Brake Tune N Lube, all thanks to Alex at the front desk. Alex is chill, not all pushy like those other places. I told him what was up with my car, and he didn't try to sell me the moon and the stars. He took the time to explain what needs fixing pronto and what can wait a bit.
