Everyone's experience is different. That's common anywhere you go. My experience went well. I took my car for a timing belt replacement about two years ago. Then took it recently for AC service and was done the same day. In both cases the price was good. I will keep coming back until I have a bad experience.... that goes for anywhere I shop.
I have a big passenger van and the AC in the back wasnt working. I drove by Turbo auto repair daily and never stopped. ... Big mistake. On April 6th I stopped in and talked to the owner. He said, "Ill take care of you." Today, April 8th, my vans' AC us working. He didnt charge me for the inspection, only the work performed which cost me way less than expected. Another auto repair place was going to charge 400 just to find the issue. Turbo fixed for 120. Being a disabled Veteran on a fixed income, only has won my complete loyalty, but also a huge thank you for doing right by me! P.S. He didnt even charge me to get rid of the noisy issue i had above the engine. Good people!
