Needed an oil change and a tire rotation on my company vehicle. Arrived at 7am when they opened. Was informed they had no tire tech. Do they could not rotate the tires. Now I have to go somewhere else for a tire rotation. Oil change took 45 min. A bit slow especially since the vehicle was not on a lift.

Understaffed over worked, and dealings with many Karen's of the world. Communication issues between staff are an common problem with rotating staff that is overworked, under paid , and lack of communication to my tire order left them receiving the tires without a call to have them put on. People need to understand that even though there was an issue on Walmarts end . It is due to a multilayer issue. And not just a minimum wage employees fault..

I called the day before and booked an appointment for 10am. The next day they could not find my appointment in the system. The manager then took same information as before and we were booked for another appointment at 5pm. We came back at 5pm and my appointment was nowhere to be found. They took my information again and was told tire change and oil change would be done in 1-2 hours. An hour and a half later no one knew what was going on with the van. Even though we had a work order/receipt in our hands. So, don't go here.
