Thiem Automotive Specialist

It's a family owned auto shop run by husband and wife. They are very nice and easy to work with. They are honest and sincere with their diagnosis and their pricing does not brake the bank. I will readily recommend Thiem Automotive.

I wish the shop would be more transparent with its quotes/estimates. I called in early April 2022 to get a quote to repair an oil leak. I have never this leak so I wanted to know the pricing range to fix it. I was told to bring the car in and make an appointment. The lady answering the phone was not patient and her tone was rude. That's unfortunate because last year I had another car worked on. I don't have issue with the work just the attitude.

The best shop I've been to in the Phoenix metro. The owners are exceptionally considerate and informative. They don't want to extort or up-sell you like so many other shops. They'll honestly tell you what you need and give you a very fair price. I will recommend them to all my friends and family. Update: 06/24/2021: I have to continue to talk highly about Thiem. They are great people and do honest, good work. I have continued to refer them to everyone that might need car work.
