As a mom with a toddler present, it's hard not to get anxiety doing things like this, but the staff was so amazing. They didn't try to oversell me and they were so patient and understanding that I'm a hot mess. 100% will be back. Thanks somuch, guys!, Service: Oil change
Manager is great and makes sure you see and know everything that is going on. Outstanding customer service. Also I liked the fact that there was Veterans working there Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
Just waited 35 minutes just for them to come ask me when the last time I had an oil change was. I tell them a little over 3000 miles and they say that I don’t actually need an oil change until 5000 so I don’t need one and I can go. I’ve been going to jiffy lube for years but you can bet I won’t be back especially not this location.
