Jiffy Lube

This place is awesome! Staff was very helpful and efficient. Oil change and vacuumed the floors in my car and got me in and out in 30minutes. Great experience!

THEE BEST EMPLOYEES!! I moved here from Indianapolis a year and a half ago. My 2005 Honda Element only gets oil changes from Jiffy Lube. I made a misjudgment and let an Auto place deal with it since they were doing quite a few fixtures. BIGGEST REGRET. The Auto shop did NOT change my oil AT ALL. I drove my car around from Thursday to Monday. I decided to look at my engine and see the new parts. I then decided to check my fluids.. GOOD HABIT.. ???? I called Frank (Manager and now my friend at Jiffy Lube).. I thought I was losing my mind with the oil dip stick.. I dipped and cleaned 4x!! he said, “come over” 5 minutes I’m there.. Frank and his wonderful crew look.. NO OIL AT ALL!! I’m heaving.. but, Frank was kind enough to put oil in my car to not have any further damage, since my check engine light appeared with a code P2646 (the NEW solenoid the mechanics just placed in my car).. and did VERIFY that the filter on my car at the moment was from 4/2022, and.. the crew’s initials..

Absolutely amazing service. I haven’t seen a place take so much pride in the work they do. Along with the greatest attention to detail. Even though it was a work vehicle, they still treat it like it’s a Caddy. Appreciate y’all today.
