Greulich's Automotive Repair

The Greulich team was great! Justin was able to get my vehicle in and repairs done in the same day! They also worked with another company as I needed to order all new rims and 2 tires. They even met me at the other company's location to ensure they understood what was required and agreed upon the process for completing the work. Once the suspension work was complete, I called Justin and asked if he could install a rear view mirror I purchased for the vehicle and they were able to complete that in less than an hour. I went in to get an alignment, little did I know that there were cracks in the bushings that needed replacement. Luckily they told me and while it wasn’t dangerous at the time (I could have not done the service and waited a bit longer) I did decide to get it done anyways and not wait. The point is that they told me and presented me the option at the time. Which is a trustworthy thing to me. So while it costed me more than the alignment is was actually lower than the quote. Thank you to them for the honest work. I will definitely go back for my cars other needs

Update: The management team at Greulich's went above and beyond to give us a positive experience at the end, a rare thing these days. Thank you for being so attentive and you really didn't need to do all that you did for us. But we appreciate the care with which this was handled. Had my wife take her car in for an oil change. Website says the Avindale location offers a shuttle service, and doesn't state any specific conditions for that service. The Service Writer told my wife they didn't even offer the service which is a lie. I called and the Service Writer said they do but not for an oil change since we live 6 miles away. Now we have to pay $25 for Uber since it was recommended she go home and wait. Then they perform a general inspection, a service that nearly any small shop like them will perform for FREE, and give us a bill for $169.
