Greulich's Automotive Repair

The Greulich team was great! Justin was able to get my vehicle in and repairs done in the same day! They also worked with another company as I needed to order all new rims and 2 tires. They even met me at the other company's location to ensure they understood what was required and agreed upon the process for completing the work. Once the suspension work was complete, I called Justin and asked if he could install a rear view mirror I purchased for the vehicle and they were able to complete that in less than an hour. I have been using this location for a few years. Of course I am always terrified when I have a vehicle issue or concern but bringing it to this location and working with Justin I feel confident that I am getting a fair price, good service and follow up if any other concerns arise. I was informed that I needed to replace my cabin filter and I informed them that I would not he getting that service from them at this time. When i went to pick up my car my glove department was on the floor of the car and was very rudely told by the mechanic that i needed it to be changed and that he would need to place the filter back in. I informed them that I had let them know via phone I would not be getting that service done by them and that the filter should have never been left out if my intentions was to not get that service. The mechanic was irritable when i mentioned this and left a terrible impression.
