My experience with Fix Auto (Avondale) was great. The process was simple and to the point. They communicated with me throughout the whole process by either phone or email. They left my baby(truck) looking sexy with her new BBL(rear-end damage). Overall, I am completely satisfied with my experience here and would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body repair.

The Avondale, AZ did terrible work on my car. When I picked up my car up on a Friday 05/08/23 afternoon I immediatly notice several trim fasteners were missing. They were replaced before I left. I was told at that time that could not replace the right fender trim and stated that the trim was a discontinued part and they didn't know if or when it would be replaced. I found this to be a lie since I had no trouble finding fender trim for a 2022 subaru and I moticed that the paperwork shows it was replaced even though it was not. I was also told at that time that the lower side trim was replaced on both sides. The guy specifically touched it and stated that the trim was replaced. When I got home Friday evening, I found so much polish residue on the inside of my door jams and had to spend the following morning cleaning up the residue left behind. It was then, that I noticed that the lower side trim was not replaced. Not only that but there were swirl marks everywhere in the paint from a bad
