Pam was very nice from the very beginning, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. Made the process as easy as possible. I apologize for not knowing everyone’s names but everyone was very helpful. Their adjuster chad was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. When we picked up our car, Adrian is the one that helped us out, he’s very polite, and courteous, very helpful and explained in detail everything that was done with our vehicle. They did a great job on repairing my vehicle. However, the communication between them and myself was not good. They never once contacted me with updates, I always had to call them. And when my car was ready, the gentleman handling my account didn't even bother to call me. He had the receptionist do it. I have another car that needs a little work, but I'm uneasy about taking another car to them for repairs.
