This shop was recommended by a family member, I called ahead then dropped of the vehicle paid for the diagnostic and was told that Anthony would follow up the following day. That was on a Monday. No follow up during that entire week I finally call on Friday and Anthony said they were still waiting to diagnose. Which is fine but communicating that would have been appreciated. He said he’d update me Friday before he left he didn’t. Anytime I called he seemed to be annoyed that I was calling and asking him to communicate with me. Once I got the diagnostic on Thursday the following week I decided I didn’t want to give them my business. His attitude and follow up we’re not up to par. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We had used Cien before and they had done a good job but I took my truck to them to repair a broken flywheel and told them another mechanic had already seen it was broken .Jaime was arrogant and said they charge 150diagnostic fee and wouldn't just go off what I told them .Even though they had me make an appointment they still didn't look at it for almost a week and then informed us the starter was the problem and the flywheel was fine .I told them to go ahead and they replaced the starter for 290 .I got the truck back and it broke down again that same day .I called Jaime and he assured me they would tow it back and find the problem. It was about another week and he called and said yep the flywheel was broke and it would cost 1600 to fix even though that was his original estimate and we already paid 290 for the starter. I thought I didn't have much choice and told him to go ahead and fix it .They said they fixed the problem and I was able to drive it for about 3weeks off and on and the

I cannot recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else strongly enough. Everyone in the office was very polite and friendly, but their service manager and tech are completely incompetent. I spent $2500 having a new strut put on. 4 months latter the strut mounting bolt fell out on its own. The said it was the knuckle and charged my $2200 more for their incompetence. The only way the knuckle could have been stripped is by improper removal or installation of the bolt. Either way their tech would've know when they tried to torque the new bolt in. They had no problem charging me and sending me on my way hoping I wouldn't notice until I left the state. When I did they completely denied responsibility. Don't be the next victim of them over charging you..... Or worse!!!
