I had a great experience here. Had a torque converter going out in my car. Called around then called SubieGurus. I felt super confident with them just talking on the phone. They gave me a lot of information and we're very helpful. Got me in and got me fixed at a fair cost compared to what Subaru in Fayetteville was saying. Been driving the car for about 6 months now after they fixed it and it runs like a dream. No issues at all. Good communication. Honestly couldn't get a better experience than what I got. Consistently, fair, reliable, and exceptional customer service. Today was no exception. It all started the second I walked in the door when JT greeted me with a huge smile and a warm greeting. They even have a very comfortable waiting area with a desk where I was able to work while I waited. If you don’t need to work, there’s a television, interesting books and magazines, and even a guitar if you want to play a tune! Oh, they’ve got a well stocked fridge with cold bevies, coffee, and snacks (healthy ones too!). We wouldn’t take our Subie anywhere else!
