They seemed friendly. I can't speak to the quality of their work because I wisely declined due to their price gouging. To have 2 tires mounted at Northwest Tires they told me it would cost $109.00. RandR tires $60.00 for 2 tires. Tire Trax $40.00 for 2 tires. Firestone quoted me at $30.00 to $40.00 for 2 tires. Walmart charged me $30.66 (with a discount, mounted and balanced). That's a difference of $78.34. INSANE! I haven't checked Plaza Tire Service yet but I would literally bet my paycheck that they're much cheaper than $109.00. The man at the counter tried to con me by saying that I "won't find ANYONE in the area to do it any cheaper" . (Literally EVERYONE in the area does it cheaper). He's not a very good con man. He also said that some places charge $100.00 per tire. Bull! That simply isn't true. It's mounting a simple tire. It's not as if they mount tires in some special or unique way. I'm 55 yo old and have tires mounted before and heard of such an outrageous price. I despise

-7 degree weather was the worst time to get a flat. Thankful for Mack and his crew. very quick, professional, and high value.

Sad to hear they closed, this was my goto for Oil Changes.
