I had similar experience to many people who left one star review. None of those negative reviews have owner comments. Kinda make it look like whoever own the business is aware of those practices. While I’m okay with $85 diagnostic price, it is clear to me that almost no time was spent to check issues my car have. They also refused to provide written quote, so it’s your word against theirs. After listening to their “recommended” services and how my tune up would require replacing serpentine belt on 80000 mile vehicle (all components were from the factory at that point) without replacing belt tensioner I had to walk out. It might have something to do with how difficult it is to replace tensioner and they might not make as much money of that job. Ended up finding small with 3.5 star google rating and getting significantly better and cheaper service there. I was given a written quote without asking and service writer patiently explained to me what other parts I would need to have serviced

Had the oil changed in my husbands truck and it was a great experience! We were greeted by friendly employees and were in and out in 15 minutes after sitting in their nice/clean waiting room. Will absolutely reccomend to anyone.

Got my husbands oil changed here today. Friendly staff, clean waiting room, amazing prices, and kind owners! I HIGHLY recommend using this locally owned business!
